Q) How many photographs do you take on the day?
We generally take between 800 to 1000 images during the whole day, you will be provided with a compilation of the best images presented on at least a couple of CDs.
Q) When can we collect our pictures?
You will receive your wedding photographs two to three weeks after your wedding date.
Q) Do you take any formal photographs?
Yes, we generally like to keep a low profile during the day and so recommend that a small number of family shots are taken. We welcome any requests so if there are particular shots you have in mind we can carry these out for you.
Q) What do you charge and what is included in the price?
Prices start from £150. Please see our Pricing page for more information on different wedding bundle services.
Our most popular choice is the fixed price of £300 the fee includes a full coverage of your wedding day, advance photo-editing service, extensive image post-processing, 20 special effect with high quality prints of various size, 150 prints of 7.5" x 5" and CDs containing all your original full-size images.
Q) Do you charge extra for re-prints?
We give you all the original full-size image files on the CDs format. This gives you control over your own photographs and enables you to make as many reprints as you want.
Q) Who will take our photographs?
Hunggia Diep will take your photographs but you can request an extra photographer for an additional £200. An additional photographer is recommended if you are expecting more than 400 guests.
Q) What kind of albums can we order?
Albums can be ordered at an extra cost if you choose. Parent albums and pocket-sized copies are also available. Special photobooks are also available on request.
Q) How long do you stay on the day?
You can choose to have your whole day covered from the bride and groom’s preparations right up until the end of the evening. We charge by the hour, this allows us to capture as many aspects from your wedding day as possible. Shorter hours are on request for lower cost savings.
Q) Do you travel?
Yes we do, mileage will not be charged for weddings taking place within London. Weddings taking place outside London are charged a fixed rate of £50. Overnight accommodation will be necessary for any weddings held more than 5 hours travelling time from London.
Q) Do you cover weddings all year round?
We will cover weddings held during any time of the year – that’s 365 days!
Q) Can you produce canvas wall hangings from our photographs?
Yes, canvas wall hangings of various sizes can be produced on request.
Q) Can we meet you before the wedding to discuss our requirements?
It is beneficial for us to meet you for a consultation before the wedding. This helps us to get to know you and as a result get you looking at your best during your special day. It is important for you to discuss what type of photographs you really like and we will need details of how you plan the day to unfold. Ideally we would like to see the venues too but we understand this is not always possible. This service is for £500 plus only.
Q) How do you deal with low light and bad weather conditions?
We are able to deal with most lighting situations. We have strong build digital cameras with all the essential accessories to combat difficult and bad weather conditions.
Q) What else can you photograph other than weddings?
We can photograph many things including portraits, private events and functions, Stag and Hen nights sporting events, general parties, concerts, interior designs, specialised scientific equipment and still life. Please contact us for more information.
